My career began in New York in the late 1990s as a massage therapist and personal trainer, working with Broadway performers and other clients to reduce stress, recover from injuries, improve fitness, and address weight-related concerns. That early hands-on work gave me a deep understanding of how the body responds to movement, stress, and lifestyle demands.

Over time — and with a  move to Los Angeles — my work expanded into functional movement training, corporate wellness, and health coaching. During this time, I gained deeper insight into how stress, mindset, nutrition, and daily habits influence long-term health, and why many people struggle to maintain progress despite their best efforts.

As more clients came to me with ongoing digestive issues and chronic symptoms, it became clear that a deeper, more personalized approach was needed. This led me to pursue advanced training in functional nutrition and holistic health so I could better support clients dealing with complex and persistent health challenges.

Today I work with individuals experiencing digestive issues, fatigue, inflammation, metabolic concerns, and other chronic patterns. Using functional nutrition principles and targeted lifestyle strategies, I help clients better understand their bodies, address underlying imbalances, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health. Now based in the Carolinas, I work with clients locally and virtually who are ready to move beyond surface-level solutions and take a more informed, root-cause approach to improving their health.
